DRAGONLAND: 'Be Ready For Mystery And Revelation Of Cosmic Proportions'

DRAGONLAND guitarist Olof Mörck has sent the following update to BLABBERMOUTH.NET:

"DRAGONLAND are currently knee-deep in the process of writing our fourth, as-yet-untitled, album, and halfway through completion things are looking marvelous! Inspiration has never come in such an abundance, and you can expect a new direction from the 'Starfall' album. Heavier, more sinister, but also even catchier and more technical metal is what all of you can expect some time late spring/early summer through Century Media Records! Some new song titles are: 'Direction: Perfection', 'I Am', 'Beethoven's Nightmare', 'Too Late for Sorrow' and 'The Old House on the Hill'. The new album will also feature an epic continuation and conclusion to the 'Book of Shadows' hexalogy. Be ready for mystery and revelation of cosmic proportions!

"DRAGONLAND are also taking a short break from writing to perform a gig, supporting NOCTURNAL RITES on their European trek! The gig will take place at Musikens Hus in Gothenburg, Sweden on the 15th of December. One or two new songs will be played, so you don't want to miss it!"

DRAGONLAND's third album, "Starfall", was released in the U.S. in July via Magick Records, a subsidiary of Cleopatra Records. "Starfall" was issued in Europe last year via Century Media Records. The follow-up to 2002's "Holy War" was recorded at Tom Englund's (EVERGREY) Division One Studios in Sweden with Englund producing. The Japanese edition of the album, available via King Records, includes a bonus track, a cover of X-JAPAN's "Rusty Nail".
