TESLA, ACCEPT, Y&T, RATT, NIGHT RANGER, BANG TANGO, DORO Confirmed For 2020 Edition Of M3 ROCK FESTIVAL

M3 Rock Festival is celebrating a dirty dozen — the 12th edition of Merriweather Post Pavilion's internationally-renowned '80s metal festival promises three days of excitement with festivities beginning Friday, May 1 with the annual Kix-off party, followed by a full weekend of performances Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3.

M3 Rock Festival's Official M3 Kix-Off Party Friday, May 1 features hometown heroes KIX with special guests HEAVEN'S EDGE and SLAUGHTER. The full-blown 2020 M3 Rock Festival begins Saturday, May 2 and includes multiplatinum-selling internationally known '80s artists: TESLA, ACCEPT, Y&T, DORO, FASTER PUSSYCAT, L.A. GUNS, KILLER DWARFS and more. But that's not all! Stick around for Sunday, May 3 featuring RATT, NIGHT RANGER, STRYPER, Steven Adler of GUNS N' ROSES, STEELHEART, BANG TANGO (with the original lineup), DANGEROUS TOYS, TYKETTO and LITTLE CEASAR. Stay tuned for even more artist announcements.

Take to the skies this year with Merriweather Post Pavilion's new SkyLawn — keeping your feet on the grassy ground while soaring 43 feet above the pavilion. It's like walking on air, with the views to match!

Over the past decade, M3 has become more than a festival — it's an '80s arena rock experience. Drawing diehard fans from six continents, 20 countries, and every state, M3 has evolved into an annual pilgrimage for those who grew up with '80s rock (a genre of music now referred to as the 'new classic rock") as well as for younger fans who embrace the fun and excitement of the glam metal era.

Each year, VIP and Pavilion seats sell out quickly. Three-day and VIP packages go on sale Friday, December 13 at 10 a.m. EST through Ticketmaster.com. Tickets can also be purchased at Merriweather Post Pavilion, 9:30 Club, The Anthem and Lincoln Theatre during normal box office hours. If available, single-day tickets will go on sale in the coming weeks.
