Virtual Version Of KORN To Play Concert Inside "AdventureQuest 3D' And 'AQWorlds' Video Games

A virtual version of KORN perform at the grand opening of the Battle Concert Arena in the multiplayer video games AdventureQuest 3D and AQWorlds. The band will play on stage as part of a special in-game event starting Tuesday, August 20.

When the event starts, you will be able to hear an in-game concert by the digital versions of the four members of KORN, including a new song from the band's upcoming album, "The Nothing".

According to Massively Overpowered, the event itself will be free, but you can purchase a VIP pack which will grant you KORN-branded items, the Heavy Metal Mosh Pit armor, the ability to transform into monsters while at the show, and even a backstage pass so you can get a shot with the in-game likenesses of the band.

The event will run for a month before it disappears from the game.

"The Nothing" will be released on September 13 via Roadrunner/Elektra. The follow-up to 2016's "The Serenity Of Suffering" was once again produced by Nick Raskulinecz.

KORN has teamed up with ALICE IN CHAINS for a co-headlining amphitheater tour across North America. The trek kicked off on July 18 in Del Valle, Texas and is hitting nearly 30 cities before wrapping on September 4 in Mountain View, California.
