WELTENBRAND Announces New Drummer

Liechtenstein-based romantic gothic metal band WELTENBRAND has announced the addition of drummer Mario Jahnke to the group's ranks. "Adrian [Büchel] had to leave the band because of chronological problems," WELTENBRAND writes on its web site.

WELTENBRAND released its fifth album, "The End of the Wizard", in August via Napalm Records. The CD was issued as both a regular jewel case and a limited-edition digipack, including two bonus tracks. The follow-up to 2001's "In Gottes Und des Teufels Namen" introduced female vocalist Dina Zambelli, who recently replaced Simone Villamar following Simone's and husband Stefan's split from the band.
